Official Language


Official language of the conference for publication and oral presentation is ENGLISH. Therefore, papers must be submitted in English.

 

Length Limit


According to the publisher's policy, we can only accept full length papers for publication. The maximum paper length is 8 pages per paper. Extra pages will be charged for paper exceeded 8 pages.

Instruction for submission

Information on papers submission process is provided below:

1. Only original papers, resulting from original research work, will be considered. Authors are responsible for co-authorship statement (if necessary) and for the originality of submitted articles.

3. Plagiarism will be the responsibility of Authors, despite the fact the Organising Committee and the Scientific Committee will try to prevent it by all possible means.

4. All opinions and statements produced in published papers are the Author's responsibility.

5. Make sure to check spelling, grammar, all text and figures before submitting your "Full Paper".

6. Papers must be written in ENGLISH and comply with the "template" and "instructions for authors".

7. Figures will be converted into grey scale in published journal.

8. Please note that only MSW (Microsoft Word - *.doc or *.docx) files will be accepted.

 

Copyright


Please read carefully the copyright transfer agreement, sign and submit to email along with the final paper (for accepted paper only).

By submitting the signed copyright transfer agreement, the publisher is permitted to publish (printed and on-line), advertise and sell the ISGET 2019 publication without further authorization from the Authors.

 

Instructions for Oral Presentations


  1. Presentations are up to 20 minutes.

    2. Presentations may be in ENGLISH.

    3. Parallel Sessions will be organized according to the presentation topics.

    4. Presentations using the file formats *.pdf, *.ppt and *.pptx will be accepted. The use of other formats must be previously checked (please contact the Conference Secretariat).

    5. Any special requirements regarding the oral presentation, such as sound or video systems must be checked priory with the Conference secretariat.

In general, there are 2 types of registrants for participating this conference; you can choose the right one from below to finish the registration. And the registration guideline for each is given as follows:

1. Submitting your complete paper first

2. Waiting for the Peer-review results (The conference secretary will notify you before/on the notification date)

3. Revising your paper as advised

4. Finishing the payment by referring to the detailed procedure in the acceptance letter

6. To receive the confirmation of successful registration from Registration Unit.
